Schnitzel & Apple Strudel
Step into the world of classic Austrian cuisine at our Schnitzel & Apple Strudel class.
Together, we prepare the famous Wiener Schnitzel (veal) as well as our much-loved signature dish: a delicious vegetarian schnitzel made from oyster mushrooms. To complete the meal, we also create a traditional Viennese potato salad.
Under the expert guidance of an experienced chef, you’ll get hands-on from the very beginning. Learn how to coat and pan-fry the schnitzels the authentic “old Austrian” way, while our chefs share insider tips and culinary secrets behind these beloved classics.
To finish on a sweet note, we prepare a homemade apple strudel.
