Döner Veltliner are taking over Wrenkh, vienna’s vegetable cuisine pioneers who somehow agreed to host a Turkish breakfast.
Expect:
Çılbır — poached eggs on garlic labneh + chili butter, Simit to drag through the aftermath.
Pişi — fried dough clouds: sweet (honey & Kaymak) or salty (sour cream & olive paste). Choose your destiny.
Muhlama — a cheese situation from the Black Sea. Bring someone responsible to pull you out.
The Little Things — tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, fresh herbs, rose & fig jams, tahini & molasses. etc etc etc.
Cheese Warning:
This brunch is aggressively, unapologetically dairy-based.
